Lezha’s 9-year schools have higher attendance by pupils but very difficult conditions in developing the learning process, with damaged infrastructure and humidity.

Within the Cooperation of IPA Adriatic Cross‐Border Cooperation Programme with Albania, through the programme denominated “ALTERENERGY” supply with energy in a steadily manner for Communes of Adriatic Sea”, our Company was contracted to perform execution of the Project “Integrated Energy Measures for schools of Kakarriqi, Ures se Muratit, Marlecaj, Commune of Balldre, Gurrëz, Commune of Fushë Kuqe, Tale, Komuna Shënkoll, Region of Lezha, Albania. The main objective of this part of the programme is to promote energy efficiency measures into public buildings in Albania, by selecting cost-effective projects, with the introduction of high efficient measures, in order to provide great benefits to its users and also contributing to the growth and productivity of the Albanian economy.

The Project has been performed in two phases:

  • 1 Phase “Energy Efficiency Measures in the External Folding Structure of the building (external thermal insulation of the building, doors and windows placement, etc.)”;
  • 2 Phase “Placement of heating and cooling systems, solar panels and lighting”.
  • We emphasize from the works performed the followings:
  • Demolition works for roof, ceilings, internal and external plastering, layers etc;
  • Construction of roof, wood floor, waterproofing, insulation, gypsym ceilings;
  • Internal plastering works and painting works;
  • Works for external walls like insulation, placement of plastic grid, ‘grafiato’ plastering, painting works with acrylic paint;
  • Works on floors, waterproofing insulation, placing layers with tiles ‘grez’;
  • Works for external landscaping, drainage works and concrete sidewalks;
  • Construction of heating systems;
  • Construction of a safe and modern electrical distribution network;
  • Construction of the system of hot water supply through solar panels;
  • Construction of Firefighting System.

CONSTRUCTION OF SUSPENSION BRIDGE OF FIERZA HPP

Contract Title: “Reconstruction of connection Bridge of discharging tunnels T3, T4 portals and external surroundings of Fierza HPP”

Fierza HPP is the first hydropower plant of the cascade built on Drini River. This HPP is one of the biggest in Balkans, with an installed capacity of 500 megawatt (MW), dam of which has created a reservoir (Fierza Lake) with a total volume of 2,7 billion cubic meters of water and an area of 7.2 square km.  Fierza HPP is managed by Albanian Power Corporation Jsc. (KESH SH.A.), company with sole shareholder the Albanian State.

KESH SH.A., through a construction contract, entrusted to our company “2RC” the execution of these works, specifically “Providing of access for works of supply, utilization, maintenance and repair of the mechanisms of electro-mechanical gates into the entrance portals of discharge tunnels T3, T4 in Fierza HPP, through the reconstruction of the connection footbridge and other ancillaries facilities, as well as increase of the holding capacity of the bridge up to 3.5 tones. This project was entirely and successfully performed within a period of 5 (five) months.

We emphasize from the works performed the followings:

  • Earthworks; demolitions; concreting works; alucobond wearing; finishing & painting, tiling works; windows and doors;
  • Realization of steel constructions, steel railings and stairs, and steel meshes;
  • Entrance extension of tower 4 (and construction of steel structure suspension bridge with 4m width);
  • Extension of suspension bridge pillars;
  • Works on main structure, footbridge (suspension bridge) through wire ropes, clamps and bolts, and special lightning of the suspended footbridge.

Residential and Commercial Object in Str. Kavajes

Contract Title: “Design and construction of the Residential and Commercial Object in Str. Kavajes”

The Company “2RC” sh.p.k., previously known as “2R-Construction” sh.p.k. has realized the construction of a residential and commercial object in Str. Kavajes of 8 and 9 floors above ground, and additionally 2 floors underground for parking.

For the first time in Albania, “2RC” Company has undertaken to realize a special system for seismic protection of buildings, by adding to its staff engineers specialized in this field. On the occasion of this special seismic protection system was held a seminar on May 12th 2010, for the working session of which you may refer to our webpage in the section “News”.

We emphasize from the works performed the followings:

  • Earthworks; concreting and steel works;
  • Installment of special anti-seismic system;
  • Drainage and insulation works;
  • Masonry, plastering, painting and gypsym works;
  • Works on layers;
  • Doors, windows and façade works;
